UPDATE: Please see this link for the migration dates to BigRock

As Bluehost DevCloud approaches 2 years of age, we are now planning how we can best serve our customers on a greater scale. To achieve this goal, we are making some significant changes to the Bluehost Devcloud.

With effect March 1, 2018, Bluehost DevCloud:

  • Will be merging with BigRock — BigRock is the premier domains and hosting brand in India. With this move, Bluehost DevCloud brings its customers onto a robust platform supporting over 50,000 premier hosting customers.
  • Will be moving to a new platform — Bluehost DevCloud customers will be able to manage their account from BigRock.
  • Will become a prepaid service — On March 01, existing DevCloud customers will need to pay their bill for February based on the postpaid bill generation. Immediately after that DevCloud will be converted to prepaid billing cycle. New plans and pricing will be announced shortly.

Existing servers will not be affected at all before, during and after the migration.

The migration will only affect the control panel. Whatever data is stored on customer servers will not be affected in any way. Customers can access their servers through SSH as normal.

Please refer to our FAQ section for further details.

We are committed to making the transition as simple and hassle-free as possible. If at any time you require assistance on the process, please contact BigRock’s support at 0824–661–4009 (Mon-Fri 10AM — 7 PMaor send an email to support@devcloud.hosting.

Please stay tuned for further communications on access and renewal instructions and new pricing information in the coming weeks.
